About Our Candles
What are your candles made from?
Our candles are crafted with 100% natural soy wax and cotton wicks. Soy wax burns cleaner and longer than traditional paraffin, creating a more even burn and cleaner air in your home - making them safer around pets too. All our candles are completely vegan, cruelty-free, and free from harmful chemicals.
Are your candles really vegan?
Absolutely. Every candle is made with plant-based soy wax and vegan-friendly fragrance oils. No beeswax, no animal-derived ingredients, no compromise.
What fragrances do you use?
We use essential oils and premium fragrance oils that are phthalate-free, paraben-free, and designed to deliver a beautiful, long-lasting scent without any nasties. We clearly state in the product description whether essential oils or fragrance oils are used.
How long do your candles burn?
- 300ml Luxury Collection: 50-60 hours burn time
- 180ml Signature Collection: 30-35 hours burn time
With proper care (trimming the wick and allowing a full melt pool), you'll get the most out of every flame.
Why does my soy candle look frosted or uneven after burning?
That's completely normal! Natural soy wax can develop a slightly frosted or textured appearance after it cools - it's actually a sign of quality and purity. Unlike paraffin candles that use additives to stay smooth, our soy wax is 100% natural. This doesn't affect the burn quality or scent throw at all. Perfectly imperfect.
Can I reuse the jars?
Yes! Once your candle has finished, clean out the jar with warm soapy water and reuse it for storage, plants, or anything else you love. Sustainability matters to us - and we know it matters to you too.

Do you ship nationwide?

How is my order packaged?
With care and sustainability in mind. We use recyclable and biodegradable materials wherever possible, so your candle arrives beautifully and responsibly.
Can I send a candle as a gift?
Absolutely! Add a personal message at checkout and we'll include it with your order.
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
We offer Royal Mail tracked 24 and tracked 48 in accordance with Royal Mail's delivery conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We want you to love your candle. If you're not completely happy, you can return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange - as long as it's unused and in its original condition. Please bear in mind that only the product cost is refunded, not postage.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
We take every care when packing, but if something goes wrong in transit, just get in touch within 48 hours and we'll sort it straight away - whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
Can I exchange my candle for a different scent?
Yes, as long as it's unused and within 30 days of purchase. Just contact us and we'll arrange it. Again postage is separate. You are welcome to visit us during shop opening hours to exchange.
Candle Care & Safety
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
- First burn matters: Let the wax melt all the way to the edges (this takes around 2-3 hours). This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn every time.
- Trim the wick: Keep it to about 5mm before each burn for a clean, steady flame.
- Burn safely: Never leave a candle unattended, and keep it away from drafts, children, and pets.
- Know when to stop: Stop burning when there's about 1cm of wax left at the bottom.
What is tunneling and how do I avoid it?
Tunneling is when the candle burns down the middle, leaving wax around the edges. Avoid it by always allowing a full melt pool on the first burn - and every burn after.
Are your candles safe to burn indoors?
Yes. Our soy wax and cotton wicks burn cleanly with minimal soot, and our fragrance oils are free from harmful chemicals. Just follow basic candle safety and you're all set.
